The Good Times Cards are shipped within 1-3 days by 1st class Royal Mail. Or by Express delivery the next day if ordered before 12pm.
Last guaranteed posting date for Christmas by 1st class post is 12pm December 20th .
Digital cards are not currently available.
All cards are plastic-free and the packaging is 100% Recycled FSC-certified.
Your right to request a refund starts from the moment we accept your order until 14 days after you receive your physical Gift Card(s).
We cannot accept refunds beyond the 14-day cancellation period. Refunds can only be made on physical Gift Card(s) that have the full purchase value remaining.
If you use the Gift Card(s) in part or whole then we cannot grant you a refund.
