This is all about pancakes, and the restaurant should be called ‘Where the best pancakes are’. These are simply the fluffiest and lightest pancakes out there. Puffs of delight. There are sweet and savoury toppings, vegan or vegetarian options. Wheat free, dairy free – you get the idea. From morning until night there is a pancake with your name on it. For tea you could decide on a topping of strawberries and cream, brunch – add a rasher or two of Swaledale bacon, or maybe try a smoked salmon blini. They also shake a mean cocktail. The original space was pre-constructed and shipped over from Amsterdam, before landing under the arches on the Southwark Bridge Road. The style is Skandi and small children and dogs are welcome.
